6. Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor.

The Baba Bears does not require customers to provide complete payment-card information directly to The Baba Bears.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy policy.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

8. Educational Content

is owned by or licensed to The Baba Bears unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the content for your personal, noncommercial use through the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit The Baba Bears content without written permission.

11. Personal and Noncommercial Use

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, subscriptions and access to the Service are for personal, household, and noncommercial use.

You may not use the Service to operate a commercial childcare, educational, entertainment, resale, or subscription service without our written authorization.
